FIRST TRANSNATIONAL MEETING

On June 30th 2023, we held the 1st Transnational Meeting in Madrid, at the facilities of Fundación de Estudios Críticos (FEC).
It was a very useful and productive meeting in which, after ratifying the agreements and leaders, we focused on the project, its results and the main activities that we are going to carry out to ensure that they are of a high enough quality and that they have the desired positive impact on the beneficiaries.
The meeting was attended by the project leaders of all partner entities, which not only allowed us to advance in the project and specify its most relevant aspects, but also to strengthen ties between the participants and organizations.
The specific points we discussed during the day were:
1. Reading and approval of the meeting agenda.
2. Introduction of the participants and participating organizations.
3. Presentation of the project.
4. Presentation of the main results of the project:
– Presentation and explanation of the E2.0C virtual learning platform.
– Presentation and explanation of the E2.0C Center Educational Program.
– Presentation and explanation of the Training course for the inclusion of adults with obstacles through the 3rd sector.
– Presentation and explanation of the Training course for teachers of adults through active volunteering.
– Presentation of the INCLUED European network.
– Presentation and explanation of the new E2.0C “BENITA GIL” center.
5. Reviewing and confirmation of the project’s schedule.
6. Evaluation.
7. Open speaking time.
8. Reading and approval of the minutes of the meeting.
SECOND TRANSNATIONAL MEETING

Place: Athens (Greece)
Description:
On September 21st 2023 we held the 2nd Transnational Meeting of the project in Athens (Greece), organized by the entities: Transform! Europe and Lesvos Solidarity. This meeting was focused on the progress and monitoring of the main
results of the project, as well as the organization of the training days, which will be held between November 6th and 10th 2023 in Valencia (Spain).
This meeting was attended by project managers and leaders of each of the partner entities, which allowed us to advance in the development of the project’s results and in the coordination of its most relevant aspects.
The specific points we discussed during the day were:
1. Reading and approval of the meeting agenda.
2. Reviewing the project.
3. Presentation of the avances made to the main results of the project.
4. Reviewing and confirmation of the project’s schedule.
5. Open speaking time.
THIRD TRANSNATIONAL MEETING
Date: 08/07/2024
Place: Valencia (Spain)
Description:
On July 8, 2024, we held the third transnational meeting of the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL LIFELONG LEARNING CENTERS E2.0C” in Valencia. The meeting was hosted by Redtree Making Projects, together with Ikasia Technologies. During
the meeting, we focused on the monitoring and progress of the main results, as well as the pilot tests carried out to date. We also had the opportunity to learn about the progress made in the creation and implementation of the first
virtual E2.0C center, “Benita Gil.”
This meeting was attended by project managers and leaders of each of the partner entities, which allowed us to advance in the development of the project’s results and in the coordination of its most relevant aspects.

FOURTH TRANSNATIONAL MEETING

Place: Florence (Italy)
Description:
On November 5, 2024, we held the fourth in-person transnational meeting of the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL LIFELONG LEARNING CENTERS E2.0C” in Florence, Italy, at the Smallcodes facilities.
The meeting, attended by members of all partner organizations, focused on reviewing the project’s results, especially all the mechanisms generated for the creation of virtual E2.0C centers in Europe. During the meeting, the first virtual E2.0C center created in Spain: the Benita Gil Center, a result of the project, was analyzed and reviewed.
In addition, the pilot tests carried out to date were evaluated, and the details of the four mobilities that will be carried out within the framework of the project were finalized.
