SIGN UP FOR THE COURSE IN THE E2.0C CENTERS
A training course for the labor market inclusion of adults with obstacles in the third sector. The total course duration is 540 hours.
Part 1 is delivered online through an educational itinerary that includes:
– ASYNCHRONIC THEORETICAL CONTENT structured in two blocks with a total of 9 subjects. Each subject is divided into sessions (46 in total), which include interactive self-study content, self-assessment tests, and final exams for each session.
– Monthly SYNCHRONIC MASTERCLASSES led by experts in the third sector who, for 1 hour, offer students a talk on the most relevant topics of the course.
– VIRTUAL LABORATORY in which groups of 5 students complete a joint project within the E2.0C center and must submit it to their teacher at the end of the course for final evaluation.
Part 2 offers the opportunity to undertake MOBILITY in a third-sector organization, so you can carry out direct volunteer work in social organizations throughout Europe, learning about their reality and putting into practice everything you have learned
The structure of the course is as follows:
Block 1 – STRUCTURE TECHNIQUES: Creation and management of entities.
1 . THE CREATION OF AN ASSOCIATION, FOUNDATION OR COOPERATIVE.
2. LEGAL OBLIGATIONS.
3. EQUIPMENT AND COMMUNICATION.
4. MANAGEMENT TEAMS.
5. ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTITY.
Block 2 – TRANSVERSAL TECHNIQUES.
1. DEVELOPING CRITICAL ANALYSIS.
2. BASIC OFFICE KNOWLEDGE.
3. BASIC CONCEPTS OF LAYOUT AND GRAPHICS.
4. SOCIAL NETWORKS.
