Visibility and dissemination activities are divided into two axes: internal and external. Internal visibility and dissemination activities are those aimed at our partner entities and their members. External visibility and dissemination activities are those aimed at making the project and its results known to adults -especially those with obstacles-, adult education centers, social organizations, policy makers, the media, and the general public.

VIRTUAL MULTIPLIER EVENT IN FRANCE

On February 24, 2025, Greta du Velay successfully hosted a virtual multiplier event that brought together 73 participants, including representatives from adult education centers and second-chance schools. The purpose of the event was
to disseminate the E2.0C strategy developed within the framework of the project, aiming to inspire and guide educational institutions in implementing their own E2.0C centers.
During the session, attendees were introduced to the step-by-step methodology for establishing an E2.0C center, tailored to the needs of adult learners and non-traditional education pathways. A central component of the event was the practical demonstration of how to utilize the VIRTUAL O1_PLATAFORMA, one of the project’s key main outputs.

On January 27, 2025, Ikasia Technologies, with the collaboration of Redtree Making Projects, held a multiplier event at the Mar Menor Adult Education Center in Murcia, where we presented the results of the project to a targeted audience
that included the center’s management team, teaching staff, and adult learners facing various challenges in accessing education.
The event was an opportunity to present the tools, methodologies, and innovative approaches developed to support adult education, particularly through the E2.0C strategy. Special emphasis was placed on presenting the benefits and structure of the E2.0C center “Benita Gil”, designed as an inclusive learning environment tailored to the needs of adult learners with obstacles in the third sector.
The participants—especially the adult students—showed great enthusiasm and interest in the initiative. Many expressed a strong motivation to continue their educational journey by enrolling in the “Benita Gil” E2.0C center.
MULTIPLIER EVENT IN GREECE

On February 26, 2025, Lesvos Solidarity held a multiplier event aimed at presenting the results of the project to a diverse audience composed of 53 participants, including members of third sector entities and, most importantly, adult
migrants facing various barriers to inclusion and education.
The focus of the event was to introduce and promote the COURSE FOR THE INCLUSION OF ADULTS WITH OBSTACLES IN THE THIRD SECTOR. Through interactive presentations and guided demonstrations, participants were given a comprehensive overview of the course content, structure, and the support mechanisms in place to facilitate their learning journey.
A highlight of the event was the active participation of attendees, who not only engaged with the material presented but also expressed strong interest in continuing their educational paths. As a result, many of them successfully enrolled in the 2.0C Lesol Academy center, marking a significant milestone in their personal and professional development.

On March 8 and 9, 2024, Fundación por la Europa de los Ciudadanos held a two-day multiplier event in Madrid focused on the dissemination of one of the project’s main results: the O1_VIRTUAL PLATFORM.
The event brought together a distinguished group of participants, including political authorities and institutional representatives with the capability to influence policy and educational reform. Attendees included parliamentary advisors, mayors and councillors from municipalities such as Madroreña, Noreña, and Xixón, members of the Spanish Congress of Deputies, and the General Director of INJUVE, among others.
Throughout the sessions, participants were introduced to the functionalities and objectives of the O1_VIRTUAL PLATFORM, and its role in supporting the creation of E20.C centers.

On November 25, 2024, Transform! Europe hosted a high-impact multiplier event aimed at sharing the results of the project with a strategic audience composed of political authorities and leaders of third sector organizations. This
event marked a significant milestone in the project’s dissemination pase..
Throughout the event, the main achievements and tools developed during the project were presented, with a particular emphasis on the E2.0C strategy and its potential to foster inclusive, flexible, and E2.0C virtual centers.
The response from attendees was highly positive. Several political representatives and heads of third sector entities expressed strong interest in becoming part of the INCLUED network.
EDUCATIONAL CONGRESSES
IN-RED X CONGRESS ON EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION AND ONLINE TEACHING
On July 12, 2024, we presented the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL LIFELONG LEARNING CENTERS E2.0C” at the IN-RED 2024 conference, the 10th CONGRESS ON EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION AND TEACHING ONLINE, organized by the Universitat Politècnica de València, in the poster session.
This conference brought together attendees from various parts of the world with the aim of reiterating the importance of finding a balance between the pedagogy of training processes and the use of technology.
The main areas of the conference were Educational Innovation and Online Teaching, since they are areas that have acquired greater importance in recent times. In this sense, the conference focused on:
• Strategies to promote student autonomy and self-regulation.
• Innovative technological solutions to traditional problems.
• Assessment as learning.
• High-impact training practices that contribute to sustainability.
• Digital collaborative environments.
• Tutoring and supporting students.
INTED 2024
In March 2024 we presented the “VIRTUAL LIFELONG LEARNING CENTERS E2.0C” Erasmus plus project at the INTED2024 congress, the 18th annual International Conference on Technology, Education and Development held in Valencia.
INTED2024 has been a renowned global education conference that has allowed teachers, researchers, technologists and experts from the education sector to present their projects in the field of education and technology, as well as to share their knowledge on teaching and learning methodologies. In addition, it has been a great opportunity for the creation of international strategic networks.
1200 people attended the congress de forma presencial y virtual: Academics & Researchers, Primary, secondary, vocational, or tertiary educators, Technologists & Scientists, School and technical staff, Career/Employment Officers and Student Unions.
EDULEARN24 16th Annual International Conference on Education and New Learning Technologies.
From July 1 to 3, 2024, we had the opportunity to present the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL LIFELONG LEARNING CENTERS E2.0C” at EDULEARN24, the 16th Annual International Conference on Education and New Learning Technologies.
EDULEARN24 was one of the most important international conferences, where hundreds of experts in the fields of education and technology met to present their innovative work.
It has been a great opportunity, as it has allowed us to present the project to hundreds of experts, teachers, researchers and technologists from dozens of countries around the world.

ICERI 2024, 17th annual International Conference of Education, Research and Innovation
On November 11, 12 and 13, 2024 we had the opportunity to present the Erasmus Plus project “FUTUREVET” at the international congress ICERI2024.
The participation in this congress allowed us to disseminate the results of the project to hundreds of teachers, researchers and experts in innovative learning methodologies from more than 80 countries with the ability not only to implement our results, but also to disseminate them in hundreds of educational centers, research centers and technology companies.

ACTIVITY 1: BILATERAL MEETING.
On January 20th 2023, the heads of Lycée Charles et Adrien Dupuy held a bilateral meeting with the heads of École de la Deuxième Chance Haute-Loire to present the project and the advantages it offers to adults with obstacles. It was a great opportunity, as École de la Deuxième Chance Haute-Loire welcomes dozens of adults dropped out of the education system and need an opportunity for inclusion and employability.

On February 6th 2023, the heads of Lycée Charles et Adrien Dupuy held a bilateral meeting with the heads of Greta de Monistrol-sur-Loire to present the project and the advantages it offers to adult education centers. It was a very interesting meeting, as they are part of the Greta Network, comprised of dozens of adult education centers in the Monistrol-Sur-Loire region, with high capabilities to implement the results.

On February 13th 2023, the heads of Lycée Charles et Adrien Dupuy held a bilateral meeting with the heads of Greta Nord Allier to present the project and the advantages it offers for adult education centers. It was a very interesting meeting, as they are part of the Greta network, comprised of dozens of adult education centers in the Nord Allier region with high capabilities to implement the results.

On February 27th 2023, the heads of Lycée Charles et Adrien Dupuy held a bilateral meeting with the heads of Greta Auvergne to present the project and the advantages it offers to adult education centers. It was a very interesting meeting, as they are part of the Greta network, comprised of dozens of adult education centers in the Auvergne region with high capabilities to implement the results.

In March 2023, the heads of Lycée Charles et Adrien Dupuy held a bilateral meeting with the heads of Greta Monts du Cantals to present the project and the advantages it offers to adult education centers. It was a very interesting meeting, as they are part of the Greta network, comprised of dozens of adult education centers in the Monts du Canals region with high capabilities to implement the results.

On March 20th 2023, the heads of Lycée Charles et Adrien Dupuy held a bilateral meeting with the heads of Greta Boubonnais Combraille to present the project and the advantages it offers to adult education centers. It was a very interesting meeting, as they are part of the Greta network, comprised of dozens of adult education centers in the Boubonnais Combraille region with high capabilities to implement the results.

On March 22nd 2023, the heads of Lycée Charles et Adrien Dupuy held a bilateral meeting with the heads of Lycée Polyvalent Emmanuel Chabrier to present the project and the advantages it offers to adult education centers. This meeting was very interesting and a great opportunity, as it is an educational center with the capability to implement the results and achieve a very positive impact on adults.

On March 27th 2023, the heads of Lycée Charles et Adrien Dupuy held a bilateral meeting with the heads of Lycée Professionnel Auguste Aymard to present the project and the advantages it offers to adult education centers. It was a great opportunity, as it will allow us to collaborate with educational centers with the capability to implement and disseminate the results.
ACTIVITY 10: BILATERAL MEETING.
On April 18th 2023, the heads of Lycée Charles et Adrien Dupuy held a bilateral meeting with the heads of Lycée Professionnel Jean Monnet to present the project and the advantages it offers to adult education centers. This bilateral meeting allowed us to make the project known to managers with the capability to implement them and generate a very positive impact on adults with obstacles.

On April 26th 2023, the heads of Lycée Charles et Adrien Dupuy held a bilateral meeting with the heads of Lycée Simone Weil to present the project and the advantages it offers to adult education centers.

On May 10th 2023, the heads of Lycée Charles et Adrien Dupuy held a bilateral meeting with the heads of Greta d’Yssingeaux to present the project and the advantages it offers to adult education centers.
ACTIVITY 13: MEDIA – BILATERAL MEETING
On June 30th 2023, the heads of RedTree Making Projects held a bilateral meeting with the heads of the study and debate foundation ESPACIO PÚBLICO to publicize the project.
ACTIVITY 14: VISIBILITY DAYS.
On September 22nd and 23rd 2023, representatives of Transform!Europe and FEC held a visibility conference at Nicos Poulantzas Institute. In these conference meetings, they presented the project to managers and members of multiple entities, like Panteion University of Social and Political Science, Linnaeus University, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and University of Crete among others.
ACTIVITY 15: MEDIA – BILATERAL MEETING
On September 23rd 2023, leaders of Transform!Europe and FEC held an informal presentation to the managers of Lūžis -Magazine of DEMOS Institute Lūžis-, a journal with high capabilities to disseminate the project and its results.
ACTIVITY 16: BILATERAL MEETING.
On October 16th 2023, the heads of Ikasia Technologies held a bilateral meeting with the heads of Center for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering (CBIT) of Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV) to publicize the project.
ACTIVITY 17: DISSEMINATION TO POLITICAL AUTHORITIES
On October 16, 2023, Redtree Making Projects submitted the project to the Spanish Ministry of Labor and Social Economy. The Ministry of Labour and Social Economy (MITES) of Spain is the department of the General State Administration that is responsible for proposing and implementing the policy of the Government of the Nation in the areas of labour and labour relations, employment, self-employment, social economy and corporate social responsibility.
ACTIVITY 18: BILATERAL MEETING.
On October 24th 2023, the heads of Smallcodes SRL held a bilateral meeting with the heads of TWPROJECT to present the project to this company with high capabilities to implement the project’s results for the creation of multiple E2.0C e-learning centers.
ACTIVITY 19: BILATERAL MEETING
On November 6, 2023, the heads of Redtree Making Projects presented the project to the project coordinator of Valencia Acoge. This presentation was very important that will allow the network of E2.0C virtual centers to be expanded, since Valencia Acoge is a solidarity space for intercultural learning and the fight against racism and unsupportive individualism; in which it offers to contribute to the creation of a better society through the participation and action of native people and immigrants.
ACTIVITY 20: MEDIA – BILATERAL MEETING
On November 7, 2023 we met with members of Turba Comunicación to present the project. Turba Comunicación is an agency that believes in communication as a necessary tool for society, companies with values, the third sector and social movements and as a key piece of democratic access. That is why we focus on making communication from an ethical, ecological, feminist and social perspective.
It was a great opportunity because of their ability to disseminate the results of the project in the dissemination phase to hundreds of people.
ACTIVITY 21: BILATERAL MEETING
On November 8, 2023, the heads of Redtree Making Projects presented the project to members of Punto Rosso. The aim of Punto Rosso is to promote cultural and political research on the main themes of a new critical and alternative culture. They belong to the World Forum of Alternatives network. Parallel to the work of the association, we founded the Libera Università Popolare (Free Popular University), a kind of “Open University” whose objective is to carry out a permanent cultural and political education for citizens, activists, etc.
This presentation was very important because it is an entity with the capacity to disseminate the project and its results, which will allow us to generate a great impact on dozens of adults with obstacles.
ACTIVITY 22: MEDIA – BILATERAL MEETING
On November 10, 2023, we had the opportunity to present the project to journalists and those responsible for the Espacio Público Foundation, which is part of the Diario Público. Not only has it been a great opportunity for the project, as it is a media outlet with a lot of dissemination capacity, but they have also shown their interest in joining our ININCLUDED network.
ACTIVITY 23: INTERNACIONAL CONGRESS REQUEST
On December 4, 2023 we applied to participate in the international congress INTED2024, the 18th Annual International Conference on Technology, Education and Development and will be held in Valencia (Spain) on March 4, 5 and 6, 2024, to present the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL LIFELONG LEARNING CENTERS E2.0C”.
Teachers, researchers, technologists and education professionals will gather at INTED2024 to learn about the latest cutting-edge research in the world of education. Leading figures from around the world will attend to share knowledge through oral and poster sessions, as well as interactive workshops. The expected attendance this year is around 700 professionals from 80 different countries, which means that INTED2024 will undoubtedly be one of the most outstanding educational conferences in Europe. ACTIVITY 24: PARTICIPATION IN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL CONGRESS
On March 5, 2024 we presented to hundreds of teachers, researchers and experts in education and innovative methodologies the Erasmus Plus project poster “VIRTUAL LIFELONG LEARNING CENTERS E2.0C” at the international congress INTED2024, the 18th Annual International Conference on Technology, Education and Development.

ACTIVITY 26: INTERNACIONAL CONGRESS REQUEST
On March 18, 2024 we applied to participate in EDULEARN24, the 16th Annual International Conference on Education and New Learning Technologies to be held on July 1, 2 and 3, 2024, to present the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL LIFELONG LEARNING CENTERS E2.0C”.
ACTIVITY 27: INTERNACIONAL CONGRESS REQUEST
On April 10, 2024 we applied to participate in IN-RED 2024, the 10th CONGRESS ON EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION AND NETWORKED TEACHING organized by the Universitat Politècnica de València and to be held on July 11 and 12 in Valencia, to present the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL LIFELONG LEARNING CENTERS E2.0C”.
ACTIVITY 28: PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT IN THE WORKING GROUP ON EQUALITY AND VALUES OF THE STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK OF THE E.E.E. OF THE EC.
We were invited by the European Commission on June 24, 2024, to participate in the Working Group on Equality and Values of the European Education Area Strategic Framework. This opportunity allowed us to present our strategy to members of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG EAC), such as Daria Arlavi; members of UNESCO’s Division for Peace and Sustainable Development, such as Karel Fracapane; members of the Swedish Ministry of Education, such as Henrik Dahl; and members of the Slovenian Ministry of Education, such as Petra Bevek; among others.
ACTIVITY 29: OFFICIAL PUBLICATION
Our article “AN INNOVATIVE METHODOLOGY FOR THE TRAINING OF ADULTS WITH OBSTACLES THROUGH UNDERTAKING AND EMPLOYABILITY IN THE THIRD SECTOR” has already been published with ISBN by the IATED Academy, thanks to the participation in INTED24. It is a great opportunity for us to be able to officially publish an article that makes visible and disseminates the results created in the project.
ACTIVITY 30: PARTICIPATION IN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL CONGRESS

On July 12, 2024, together with Ikasia Technologies and in collaboration with the Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering Research Center of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, we presented the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL LIFELONG LEARNING CENTERS E2.0C” at the IN-RED 2024 congress, the 10th CONGRESS ON EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION AND TEACHING ONLINE.
ACTIVITY 32: INTERNACIONAL CONGRESS REQUEST
On July 11, 2024, we request the participation in the ICERI2024 congress, the 17th Annual International Conference on Education, Research and Innovation, which will take place on November 11, 12 and 13, 2024, to present the Erasmus Plus programme project “VIRTUAL LIFELONG LEARNING CENTERS E2.0C”.
ICERI is one of the most important international conferences on education in Europe. Every year, the congress welcomes hundreds of education experts, teachers and researchers from more than 80 countries.

Our article “TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION IN THE DIGITAL TRAINING OF ADULTS WITH DIFFICULTIES THROUGH AN ADAPTED PLATFORM” has already been published with ISBN by the IATED Academy thanks to the participation in the EDULEARN24 congress. ACTIVITY 37: DISSEMINATION TO POLITICAL AUTHORITIES
Thanks to Lesvos Solidarity, they have presented the project to the Greek Ministry of Education in order for the created courses to be promoted for implementation in adult education centres.
ACTIVITY 38: MULTIPLIER EVENT
On November 25, 2024, Transform! Europe held a major multiplier event in which it disseminated the results of the project to political authorities and heads of third sector entities who showed their interest in joining the network and creating their E2.0C centres.
ACIVITY 39: BILATERAL MEETING
On December 2, 2024, thanks to Ikasia Technologies and the collaboration of the Universitat Politècnica de València, we have disseminated the COURSE FOR THE TRAINING OF ADULTS IN THE THIRD SECTOR to professors of the Adult University of the UPV. This university is in charge of developing and organizing a university training program, specifically for adults, which aims to bring the University closer to people who maintain the enthusiasm to continue learning. It has the collaboration of the Generalitat Valenciana, through the Ministry of Education, Universities and Employment.
ACTIVITY 40: BILATERAL MEETING
On December 3, 2024, thanks to Transform! Europe, we have disseminated the results of the project to the Institute for Research and Intercultural Cooperation (IIRC). Founded in 2006 with the aim of “promoting interdisciplinary research, cooperation and teaching in the field of interculturality with the countries of the Global South”.
ACTIVITY 41: BILATERAL MEETING
On December 16, thanks to Lesvos Solidarity, we disseminated the results of the project to Choose love – help refugees. It is anon-profit humanitarian aid foundation. Choose Love elevates the voices and visibility of refugees and galvanizes public supportfor agile community-based organizations that provide vital support to refugees along migration routes globally.
ACTIVITY 42: BILATERAL MEETING
On December 16th, thanks to Lesvos Solidarity, we have disseminated the results of the project to Open society foundations. The Open Society Foundations, founded by George Soros, are the world’s largest private funder of independent groups working for justice, democratic governanceand human rights. They approach this mission through the enlightening principles of justice, equity, and expression, characteristics that define any truly open society.
ACTIVITY 43: BILATERAL MEETING
On December 18th, thanks to Lesvos Solidarity, we disseminated the results of the project to FRONTLINE DEFENDERS. It is an international human rights organisation founded in Dublin in 2001, with the specific aim of protecting human rights defenders at risk (HRDs).
ACTIVITY 44: BILATERAL MEETING
On 13 January, thanks to Lesvos Solidarity, we disseminated the results of the project to Refugee Support Aegean (RSA). A registered non-profit organization that works for the rights of refugees and asylum seekers in Greece.
ACTIVITY 45: BILATERAL MEETING
On January 23, 2025, thanks to Transform! Europe, we have disseminated the results of the project to Eszmélet. Eszmélet (Consciousness) is a quarterly journal of social criticism and culture.
ACTIVITY 46: BILATERAL MEETING
On January 24, 2025, thanks to Transform! Europe, we have disseminated the results of the project to the Claudio Sabattini Foundation. They promote educational and research activities for employees and the most disadvantaged social strata.

On January 27, 2025, Ikasia Technologies, with the collaboration of Redtree Making Projects, held a multiplier event at the Mar Menor Adult Education Center in Murcia, in which the results of the project were presented to those responsible for and teachers of the center, as well as adult students with obstacles, who showed a lot of interest in enrolling in the E2.0C center “Benita Gil”.
ACTIVITY 48: DISSEMINATION IN EPALE PLATFORM
We have disseminated the results of the project on the EPALE platform. You can access it through the platform’s resources, as well as the blogs. It is a great opportunity as it allows hundreds of teachers and adult education experts to learn about the results and take an interest in them.
ACTIVITY 49: DISSEMINATION TO POLITICAL AUTHORITIES
Thanks to Redtree Making Projects and Ikasia Technologies, on January 28, 2025, we disseminated the project to members of CEFIRE, the Center for Training, Innovation and Educational Resources.
The Training, Innovation and Educational Resources Centres (CEFIRE) of the Valencian Community are the bodies of the educational administration for the permanent training of teachers of general and special non-university education, regulated by Organic Law 1/1990, of 3 October, on the General Organisation of the Education System.
ACTIVITY 50: DISSEMINATION TO POLITICAL AUTHORITIES
Thanks to Greta du Velay and the collaboration of the G.R.E.T.A. network, in February 2025 we disseminated the results of the project to the French Ministry of Education with the aim of including them in the training plans for teachers and adults with obstacles.
ACTIVITY 51: BILATERAL MEETING
On February 10, 2025, thanks to Lesvos Solidarity, we have disseminated the results of the project to Save Assist Outreach. SAO is an organisationsupporting displaced women and a Swiss law association based inWürenlos.
ACTIVITY 52: BILATERAL MEETING
On February 10, 2025, thanks to Lesvos Solidarity, we have disseminated the results of the project to EPIM – European Integration and Migration Programme. EPIM, an initiative of currently 14 partner foundations, aims to strengthen the role playedby civil society in promoting constructive approaches to migration in Europe. This is achieved through grantmaking, capacity building and networking.
ACTIVITY 53: BILATERAL MEETING
On February 19, 2025, the managers of Redtree Making Projects met with the managers and Project managers of Valencia Acoge to disseminate the results of the project and show them the opportunity to create an E2.0C center. It was a great opportunity, as Valencia Acoge showed its interest in the creation of its E2.0C centre for migrants.
ACTIVITY 54: BILATERAL MEETING
On February 20, 2025, thanks to Lesvos Solidarity, we have disseminated the results of the project to REACT. They provide emergency and long-term development assistance to migrants and refugees, focusing on the most vulnerable in society. They empower people to access education and exercise their right to independent and dignified economic, social and cultural development.
ACTIVITY 55: MULTIPLIER EVENT
On February 24, 2025, Greta du Velay held a virtual multiplier event for 73 people in which they disseminated the E2.0C strategy created within the framework of the project, showing step by step to adult education centers and second-chance schools how to create their own E2.0C center making use of the VIRTUAL O1_PLATAFORMA result.
ACTIVITY 56: BILATERAL MEETING
On 24 February 2025, thanks to Lesvos Solidarity, we disseminated the results of the project to ActionAid. A global federationthat works for a world free of poverty and injustice.
ACTIVITY 57: MULTIPLIER EVENT
On 26.02.2025 Lesvos Solidarity held a multiplier event in which the results were presented to 53 members of third sector entities, but especially to adult migrants with obstacles to present them especially with the O3 COURSE, achieving their enrolment in the 2.0C Lesol Academy centre.
ACTIVITY 58: DISSEMINATION IN SOCIAL MEDIA
Throughout the project, through an ambitious SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN, we have made 62 publications with which we have managed to reach 1621 accounts on Instagram and Facebook.
